Most developer about-us pages are written to be believed, not checked. That is a problem for you as a buyer, because a plot purchase is the kind of decision where believing the wrong page costs real money. So this page is built the other way round: every number here is something you can independently verify in under five minutes, and where we cannot back a claim up, we say so plainly instead of smoothing it over.
The short version: Drushika Real Estate develops gated plotted townships on and around Indore Super Corridor. Six projects are listed on the homepage today. Five carry a published RERA number; the sixth, Drushika Ayodhyapuram, does not display one on its own page, which is exactly the kind of gap you should always ask about directly rather than assume away. The office is at 17, Tigaria Badshah, Super Corridor, Indore 453112.

The six projects, and the RERA numbers you should actually check
A RERA number printed on a page is a claim, not proof. It only becomes proof when you search it on the Madhya Pradesh RERA portal yourself and see the status, the promoter name and the registered area line up with what you are being shown. Here is what each project own page states, treat this table as your starting point for that search, not the end of it.
| Project | RERA number | Location on project page |
|---|---|---|
| Drushika Imperial | P-OTH-24-4784 | Puwarda Junarda |
| Drushika Paradise Grande | P-OTH-25-5339 | Puwarda Junarda |
| The Heera Residency | P-IND-25-5526 | Puwarda Junarda |
| Drushika Premium | P-IND-25-6060 | Puwarda Junarda |
| Drushika Vrindavan | P-IND-25-6026 | Near TCS Square, Indore 453112 |
| Drushika Ayodhyapuram | Not shown on page | Mundla Husain, Madhya Pradesh 453771 |
Notice that Vrindavan and Ayodhyapuram sit at genuinely different locations from the other four, not Super Corridor in the loose, marketing sense that gets applied to half of Indore western growth belt, but specific addresses you should map and drive to before assuming proximity to anything. For a closer look at those two specifically, we have written them up individually: Drushika Vrindavan and Drushika Ayodhyapuram. For the full side-by-side on amenities across all six, see our project comparison.
What the townships actually offer, beyond the brochure language
Amenity lists in Indian real estate marketing have a way of sounding identical from developer to developer, landscaped gardens, secure gated entry, the same phrases in a different order. What is actually listed on Drushika own pages varies more than that pattern would suggest: gardens, a children play area and an open gym appear across the townships, but a temple, a yoga and meditation deck, gazebos and a Vastu-compliant layout only show up on some of them. Drushika Imperial page in particular details a master plan download, a brochure download and a home loan EMI calculator alongside its amenity list, useful groundwork to do before you ever visit in person.
The honest caveat, which applies to every developer marketing material everywhere, not just this one: a list of amenities on a page describes what is planned or promised, not necessarily what is built and working on the day you visit. That gap is precisely why the site visit matters more than the brochure.
How Drushika pricing compares with the open market
We do not publish a price list on this page, deliberately, rates on specific plots change too often to keep accurate here, and we would rather you ask the team for a current figure than rely on a number that has gone stale. But you do not have to take a quoted rate on faith either. On 20 September 2026, we read 25 live Super Corridor plot listings on 99acres directly and found a median asking rate of Rs 3,800 per sq ft, with the middle band running Rs 3,525 to Rs 4,167 (full breakdown in our Super Corridor plots and prices guide). Whatever rate you are quoted for a Drushika plot, that range is your benchmark for whether it is reasonable, and if a project location sits closer to the metro or TCS than the townships at Puwarda Junarda, some premium above the median is defensible; if it does not, ask why.
For the locality-level picture specifically, our Tigaria Badshah vs Puwarda Junarda comparison shows the two areas trading at meaningfully different rates, useful context if you are weighing a Puwarda Junarda plot against something closer to the Tigaria Badshah side of the corridor.
A five-step verification process, for Drushika or any developer you are considering
- Search the RERA number on the MP RERA portal. Confirm status, promoter name, and approved area, our RERA buyer checklist tells you exactly what each of those fields should look like.
- Ask for the title chain and layout approval in writing, not verbally. See what documents to request and what a sanctioned layout actually means.
- Visit the site yourself and check the roads, drainage, lighting and gates against what the brochure shows. Go once in dry weather and, if you can manage it, once after rain.
- Get the payment schedule and sale agreement in writing before transferring anything, and pay only into the developer registered account.
- Compare against at least one other developer using the same standard, our developer evaluation checklist and trust-signal guide apply equally whether you are looking at us or a competitor.

Questions people actually ask us
Is Drushika Real Estate RERA registered?
Five of its six listed projects show a RERA number on their own project pages: Drushika Imperial (P-OTH-24-4784), Paradise Grande (P-OTH-25-5339), The Heera Residency (P-IND-25-5526), Drushika Premium (P-IND-25-6060) and Drushika Vrindavan (P-IND-25-6026). The Ayodhyapuram page does not display one, ask for it directly before treating that project as booking-ready, and verify every number independently on the MP RERA portal rather than trusting the printed digits.
Where are Drushika Real Estate projects located?
Most sit at Puwarda Junarda on Indore Super Corridor: Imperial, Paradise Grande, The Heera Residency and Premium. Vrindavan is placed near TCS Square, Indore 453112, and Ayodhyapuram is at a different address entirely, Mundla Husain, Madhya Pradesh 453771. The office itself is at 17, Tigaria Badshah, Super Corridor, Indore 453112.
What plot sizes does Drushika offer?
The company own homepage states plot sizes of 800 to 2,000 sq ft, though individual project pages do not publish plot-by-plot pricing, you will need to ask the sales team for the current rate on a specific plot.
How can I visit a Drushika site, or check its projects myself before deciding?
Call +91-9111928668 or +91-9111928669, or email info@drushikarealestate.com, and ask for a site visit and the master plan. Before you go, read our RERA checklist so you know exactly what to ask for when you are standing on the plot.
Project details, RERA status and prices can change. Confirm everything directly with us and independently on the MP RERA portal before you commit money. This is general information, not legal or financial advice.
